1. Standard delivery “At your doorstep”

• Products covered: Small wine cellars
• Number of drivers: 1
• Delivery location: In front of your residence (roadside or gate)
• Delivery window: All day (between 8 AM and 6 PM)
• Delivery time: 5 to 12 days
• Cost: Free

The wine cellar will be delivered at your doorstep. This service does not include moving the product inside, nor handling stairs or elevators. An appointment will be scheduled by the IT - FERCAM ++ carrier.

2. Delivery “Into the room of your choice + Packaging removal”

• Products covered: Large wine cellars
• Number of drivers: 2
• Delivery location: Inside the room of your choice, including upstairs
• Delivery window: Chosen at the time of order, with the possibility to modify it via a provided link
• Delivery time: 5 to 12 days
• Cost: Free

This service includes delivery to the room of your choice, even on upper floors, with two delivery staff carefully handling the products and removing packaging for recycling.

3. Delivery with “Installation + Setup”

• Products covered: Small and large wine cellars
• Number of drivers: 2
• Delivery location: Inside the room of your choice, including upstairs
• Delivery window: Chosen at the time of order, with the possibility to modify it via a provided link
• Delivery time: 5 to 12 days
• Cost: €29.99

This option includes all the services of “room of your choice + packaging removal” delivery, plus:

• Unpacking the product and checking its condition
• Plugging in and powering up
• Removal and recycling of packaging materials

Take-back of your old appliance

When placing your order, you can request the removal of your old appliance by mentioning it in the “comments” section or by ticking the dedicated box. The removal will be done at the same time as the delivery of your new wine cellar, at no additional cost. Please note that this request must be made at the time of order and cannot be added later.
